I rock my MSW (Master of Social Work) diploma from Columbia University…at my parents’ house…across the country. (It was a “you frame it, you can keep it” kind of deal.)

Want all the stats? Sure! I have an MSW from Columbia University, graduated from UC Irvine majoring in Psychology and Social Behavior and minoring in Education and Sociology. And I have nearly 15 years of experience in the social impact space behind me including traditional counseling and education. I’ve also done my fair share of personal development work and programs.

More importantly, I’ve got the experience to know that you hold all the answers you need I have the skills and a little bit of magic to help bring those out.

Core Beliefs

It is my mission to work with passionate individuals that see their potential, but are feeling stuck on their journey to get there. Blockbreaker helps us organize these goals quickly, identify blocks, and then take actual action during the session to break them, with a plan to keep that momentum going. Just like drano...for your business…

I believe that when you get into “flow” (or gather momentum) is one of the strongest types of power. Ever gotten something HUGE off your to-do list? Something that has been there day after day, week after week - maybe even for months. It builds up slowly, subconsciously draining your energy. And one day, when you get it done, you feel like a goddamn rockstar. It might be that you ate healthy, meal prepped foods for a week. You finally figured out your health insurance. You redesigned your marketing materials. And all of a sudden, you get 10 more things off your to-do list like it’s nothing. Thus, I believe that YOU HAVE THE POWER, and if we unlock it, you can keep changing the world.

Values

This business will be conducted transparently and ethically. I commit to bringing my whole self to each session, as I expect my clients have. We are in a joyous relationship to unlock your potential, so if something feels amiss, we will be open to discomfort and address this. We embrace diversity and always start with a listening ear and an assumption of positive intent.
