Our signature offering is a series of exceptionally individualized coaching sessions to help you identify and break through the blocks keeping you from momentum and flow. Each session meets you exactly where you’re at and draws upon thoughts, words, and physical actions to get actual results.

  • Break your block with 3 face-to-face sessions with me, where you are focused on you and nothing else - no notes, no judgement, no stress.

  • Take action on your work mapping tool and make tangible progress.

  • Inevitably experience raw, creative ideas that continues after each session.

  • Receive my awesome sauce notes that give you a clear summary and next steps in a fun, readable way.

Random Acts of Kindness:

In addition to cost, every person that completes a series commits to paying that juice forward with a random act of kindness. Anything from buying a cup of coffee for the next person or saying yes to a petition on the street, to getting a homeless person some lunch or helping a friend move.

It is psychologically beneficial for the client since giving is a quick way give the brain a little endorphin boost with gratitude, generosity, and human connection, which unlocks creative energy. (Cool, right?) And of course, it’s beneficial for the recipient. A very simple win-win life hack and the warm hug of a reminder that we’re all in this together, friends!

I LOVE what I do and have found tremendous satisfaction in helping people break blocks. And it is so much sweeter to work with people that know what I’m about (through referrals)! As someone with “connectedness” as a core value, I double love the idea of friends helping their friends (and my work of course) by spreadin’ the good word. So someone refers a client that books me, the referrer earns $25. It will come in the form of a gift card to your favorite online retailer (Amazon included), or as a donation to your favorite charity (Yay more good vibes), OR you can gift it to the person you referred, as a discount to their session. You can call it a thank you, a referral bonus, or what I call it - paying the joy forward. It’s all about the love.
